Leading Organic Brands Found 1,4 Dioxane Release

The Organic Consumer's Association states that some leading organic brands are using ingredients that release the carcinogen, 1,4. Dioxane.

Some of the leading brands found to contain 1,4-Dioxane:

1) JASON Pure Natural & Organic
2) Giovanni Organic Cosmetics
3) Kiss My Face
4) Nature's Gate Organics.

Brands found not to contain 1,4-Dioxane:

All USDA certified brands tested in this study were 1,4-Dioxane-free, including:

1) Dr. Bronner's
2) Sensibility Soaps (Nourish)
3) Terressentials

All German Natural "BDIH" Certified brands tested were found to be 1,4-Dioxane-free:

1) Aubrey Organics
2) Dr. Hauschka
